Chromatic metanoia
Vijay Vikram Singh
Acrylic on canvas · 36 × 36 in
Chromatic Metanoia is an exploration of psychological transformation rendered through the language of colour and fragmented form. The composition resists linear reading; it pulls the viewer into a state of visual flux, mirroring the internal chaos that precedes genuine inner change.
Interlocking geometric passages in deep crimson, electric green, cobalt blue, and ochre yellow collide and bleed into one another, suggesting neither arrival nor departure, but the in-between moment of metanoia itself. White breaks through the layered surface not as absence, but as breath. The painting does not resolve. It suspends.
